The Special Education Team consists of 4 Resource Teachers, a School Psychologist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Physical Therapist.
The team works with students, teachers, administrators, and parents to best help students succeed and excel. Another important member of this team is the classroom teacher, who works alongside the Special Education staff in developing general education scientific, research-based interventions.
The Special Education personnel meet weekly in various settings to discuss student progress. We also work in the general education classrooms to work alongside teachers to modify and accommodate students' specific needs.
See your child's classroom teacher's website for specific updates on your child's classroom program.
