WHAT"S HAPPENING IN GOURTH GRADE...
Spring is here and the Fourth Grade is beginning to investigate magnetism and electricity! Using an inquiry-based method approach, students arecreating and conducting experiments to learn all about the flow of electricity!
In Language Arts, students are exploring the western United States including the Mountain and Pacific states. Also, students are working very hard to create state projects that include a state’s geography, economy, history and culture.
In Math, students are learning all about fractions and probability. They are solving problems that include finding equivalent fractions, simplifying fractions, converting improper fractions to mixed numbers and more! Please continue to work with your child at home on their fact fluency.
