School Improvement Team
The Charles Barnum School Improvement Team (SIT) is a group of parents, teachers, staff, administrators and community members who work together to assess, plan, and implement activities for the improvement of student performance. Initiatives in recent years have been hiring of new staff, enrichment activities, parent surveys, developing partnerships, school-wide celebrations, and character education.
