One of Fitch Middle School's goals this year is to ensure a safe and secure learning environment where all members are respected. To this end the staff will be developing a school-wide behavior plan. A team of FMS community members will be participating in training through SERC (State Education Resource Center). This team will facilitate the development of a school-wide positive behavior plan.
