Students visit t
he Cutler Library/Media Center to learn research skills and work on assignments and research projects using a variety of print and non-print resources.  Students are also encouraged to visit the library/media center to search for a good book to read.  Mrs. Thomas, our Library Technical Assistant, and I are always happy to see students visit and use their Library Media Center!

MEDIA ARTS CLASSES 
Research Exploratory.  This orientation class is offered to Sixth Grade students to acquaint them with our library's layout, and its print and electronic resources. 
Digital Citizenship.  Seventh grade students revisit research skills and tools through the topic of "Digital Citizenship."  Areas of focus include digital communication, access, etiquette and safety.
Media Awareness.  Eighth grade students explore messages in the media while honing their critical thinking skills in a class called "Media Awareness."
