We are committed to successful growth, artistically and socially, within ourselves and as a group. We strive for a high level of self-discipline, self-control, and self-respect. We will strive to be sensitive and to respect the differences of individuals while maintaining group unity. Through hard work and dedication, we are determined to have productive recruiting events, rehearsals, and entertaining and competitive performances, which always preserve artistic integrity. We are committed to maintaining a tradition of excellence. In our endeavor to create a positive environment and enjoyable experience, we will uphold the distinction of Robert E. Fitch High School.
