This form is for usage by Groton Public School Elementary Principals to select students to be recognized by the Groton ROCKS! program of Children First Groton for kindness and safety that goes above and beyond the norm.

Interested participants from the community can fill out this form and email it back to the Children First Groton Grant Coordinator (lcooney@learn.k12.ct.us) or the Chair (kimberlydole@comcast.net) to be added to the different work group or membership listserves. This form allows individuals and agencies to partner with Children First Groton and gain access to working information regarding the collaborative at the level they prefer.
