S. B. BUTLER CODE OF CONDUCT                           

AT ALL TIMES:

Show respect for yourself and others.

Show courtesy and use good manners.

Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself.

Fighting is not acceptable anytime/anywhere.

Name-calling, teasing, or use of vulgar language is never acceptable.

Keep your place in line without cutting.

Be good listeners.

Show respect for the ideas of others by not interrupting when someone else is talking.

Respect school property.

Respect the personal property of others.  Ask permission to use things which belong to others.

Use your problem solving skills.  Talk out problems.  Use words, not your hands.

Treat others the way you want to be treated.

INSIDE THE BUILDING

Walk quietly through the halls at all times.

Hats are not to be worn inside.

Remain in assigned areas.

Keep halls, classrooms and bathrooms clean and litter free.  Use wastebaskets for all litter.

Any sort of defacing or destruction of property is not acceptable.

Use bathroom facilities properly.  Wash hands.  This is not a place to play or visit with friends.

Follow lunchroom rules.  Clean your area before you leave.

PLAYGROUND

Use playground equipment appropriately and remain in assigned areas.

Return playground supplies to the right place.

Respond to a blown whistle by stopping in place and looking toward the adult who blew the whistle.  One whistle means stop.  Two whistles means line up.

Follow the rules of games.  Play fairly and show good sportsmanship.

Report any unsolved problems to an adult immediately.
